REFUND/REPLACEMENT POLICY
We only offer replacements or issue refunds within 30 days of the date of delivery.
Products eligible for replacement or a refund must have one or more of the following issues:
- Wrong item size, incorrect design, or wrong color received
- Damaged or misprinted items received
*** We do not offer refunds or replacements for sizing issues. Red Mafia is a made-to-order brand, we create every tee we sell on-demand, therefore we cannot accept exchanges for sizing issues. Additionally, we sell thousands of tees daily, and we sell garments that run true to size, and we make every item to order. We therefore cannot offer any refunds or replacements for size issues. We recommend that if there is any question, customers size up one size.
*** All closeout, final sale, clearance items are not eligible for a return.
All return inquires should be submitted to customerservice@theredmafia.com. When applicable, we require a picture of the issue to be sent along with an explanation of the issue. Only the issues above qualify for refund or replacement.
RETURNS
If the items are eligible for a return, please let us know so we can send you a return label. The total amount of the refund will not include the shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. The cost of the return label is based on the item's weight and your ship-from location.
Once received, please allow us up to 5-7 business days to review your items and issue the refund.
EXCHANGES
The Red Mafia is a print on demand, we make every item to order. We, therefore, do not accept exchanges. We will honor refunds or replacements based on the criteria explained in our Refund/Replacement Policy.
